Sunland Utilities offers various services to clients of Heavy Civil Construction. For the past many years, we have performed numerous mid to large scale projects successfully, on time and on budget for a mix of Public and Private owners. We possess a modern fleet of construction equipment and along with our experienced superintendents are able to provide completed projects in a timely and professional manner.

Our work is comprised of various facets including; site preparations, subdivisions, site services, dewatering, bulk earthmoving, urban renewals, and upgrading of infrastructures such as sewer and water systems and roadway rehabilitation. We have also performed several projects involving extensive dewatering and possess our own wellpoint dewatering system along with numerous submersible pumps and generators in order to perform this work in house. We operate a modern fleet of heavy equipment and have several qualified superintendents with the experience necessary to perform a project on time and on budget.
